Senior HR & Labor Relations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR & Labor Relations Specialist to lead our human resources operations in Cairo. The role combines hands‑on HR management with a strong legal focus, ensuring all employee‑related processes comply with Egyptian labor law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions and off‑boarding.
• Prepare, review and maintain employment contracts, amendments, confidentiality agreements and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with record‑keeping requirements.
• Develop, implement and periodically review HR policies and internal procedures.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances, probation periods, contract expiry dates and other employee‑related deadlines.
• Support payroll preparation by providing up‑to‑date employee data and ensuring legal compliance.

Required profile

• Legal education (law degree) with substantial professional experience in Egyptian labor and employment law.
• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations and recruitment.
• Ability to work independently, manage day‑to‑day HR matters and make compliant decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
