Senior I&C Systems Installations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior I&C Systems Installations Engineer to lead instrumentation and control (I&C) installation activities on oil & gas or industrial projects in Cairo. The role involves ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications and quality standards while coordinating with site teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to project drawings, specifications and installation instructions for all I&C works.
• Provide technical assistance and keep the site construction supervision engineer informed on quality control matters.
• Monitor, approve and file instrument calibrations, resolving any test or calibration issues.
• Review material progress, invoices and issue vouchers for I&C installations.
• Inspect and monitor I&C operations to ensure quality compliance.
• Assist the site planner in verifying and updating detailed I&C installation schedules.
• Develop as‑built drawings and manage mark‑ups for I&C installation drawings.
• Coordinate testing, turnover and acceptance documentation with customers.
• Ensure implementation of company manuals, procedures and HSE management systems.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Communication Engineering.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control systems installations, preferably in oil & gas or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of calibration procedures and quality control standards.
