Senior Internal Communication and Employer Branding Executive

About the role

The Senior Internal Communication and Employer Branding Executive will lead the planning, creation, and execution of internal communication campaigns and employer branding initiatives across MAGRABi’s operating markets. This role combines strategic storytelling, event management, and cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen employee engagement and showcase the company’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual internal communication agenda aligned with corporate mission and culture.
• Manage internal platforms such as announcements, intranet, video storyboards, and e‑communications.
• Coordinate in‑person and virtual events, town halls, and regional visits.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive employer branding on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Collaborate with department teams to launch projects that foster inclusivity and a unified culture.
• Work with the People & Culture team to disseminate people initiatives and programs.
• Oversee agency relationships from briefing to performance evaluation.
• Ensure consistent communication across markets and with country leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in internal communications or a closely related discipline.
• Proven success in developing internal communication platforms, channels, and guidelines.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms and related technologies.
• Experience managing intranet and internal communication tools.
• Video storyboard creation and basic video production knowledge.
