About the role
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join Talabat’s growth team. In this role you will manage and expand relationships with strategic partners, driving revenue and ensuring high-quality service across our food-delivery platform.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and optimise a portfolio of key accounts, turning partners into revenue generators.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide performance insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities and support customer acquisition for restaurant partners.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and track key metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e‑commerce, operations and marketing teams of partners.
- Plan and execute regional campaigns aligned with partners’ marketing calendars.
- Analyse data to highlight trends, propose projects and improve processes.
- Collaborate with operations to resolve commercial gaps and enhance the customer experience.
- Deliver quarterly reviews, ensuring right assortment, healthy orders, GMV growth and consistent service quality.
- Maintain activity records in Salesforce.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3‑5 years of experience in key account management or commercial sales, preferably in food‑delivery or e‑commerce.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to present data‑driven insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
