Senior Manager Digital Brand Marketing – Emerging Markets

About the role

The Senior Manager Digital Brand Marketing will shape and execute adidas' digital brand strategy across Emerging Markets. Reporting to regional leadership, the role aligns local initiatives with the global brand framework to drive growth, reach and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the digital and social media strategy for adidas in Emerging Markets, ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy.
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated brand campaigns, managing cross‑functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assess the effectiveness of annual media plans, recommend optimizations, and forecast budget, media spend and ROI.
• Analyze competitive landscape, consumer behavior and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage relationships with media agencies and production vendors, and own the allocation of the digital brand marketing budget.
• Collaborate with Brand, e‑Commerce and Retail stakeholders to create synergies and drive full‑funnel performance.
• Lead and coach a team of digital marketers, fostering a supportive environment and career development.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital brand marketing initiatives in emerging or international markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and complex multi‑channel campaigns.
