Senior Manager, Oracle HCM

About the role

PwC's People and Organisation practice, and its Oracle HCM team within the Workforce Transformation practice, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager in Cairo. You will lead Oracle Cloud HCM solutions inside wider HR transformation programmes, manage several project workstreams and act as a collaborative leader who develops people and delivers client value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and define the Oracle HCM solution aspects of wider HR transformation programmes
• Manage multiple project workstreams such as functional design, data migration and integration to deliver high-quality results
• Lead, motivate and inspire diverse teams
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• Develop digital HCM thought leadership with colleagues in People & Organisation and Technology Consulting
• Coach and mentor more junior colleagues

Required profile

• Full lifecycle experience of at least five large Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including at least one where you held a functional, technical lead or solution architect role
• Strong understanding of best practices across business processes, cross-pillar dependencies and implementation design and configuration in large-scale multi-application programmes
• Awareness of how Oracle Cloud HCM enables business transformation and benefits cases
• Understanding of Oracle applications and platforms such as ERP, EPM, SCM, Analytics and Integration
