Senior Manager, Software Engineering – Agentic Foundation

About the role

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager for its Agentic Foundation team in Cairo. The team builds AI‑native tooling and frameworks that embed intelligent capabilities throughout the software development lifecycle, enabling faster, higher‑quality delivery of construction software.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop high‑performing engineering teams focused on integrating agentic AI across the SDLC.
• Analyze current engineering processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Define, design, and ship foundational frameworks and tools that support AI‑driven workflows.
• Track AI‑related metrics, report impact, and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, career planning, and mentorship for team members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of AI capabilities.
• Manage feature delivery using Agile and Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering management.
• Proven ability to improve engineering efficiency and productivity.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience coaching and developing engineering talent.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and AI‑assisted development practices.
