Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our education and language‑training business. Based on‑site in Qesm El Maadi, you will shape recruitment strategy, build our employer brand and ensure a seamless, inclusive candidate experience for educators, academic staff and corporate professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and align hiring plans with business goals.
• Develop and promote employer branding initiatives and a compelling employee value proposition.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, reporting and analytics to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Coach hiring managers on structured, competency‑based interviewing and selection best practices.
• Lead and mentor a recruitment team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Several years of progressive talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in education, edtech or language‑training sectors.
• Proven track record in hiring strategy, workforce planning and employer‑branding projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi and thrive in a fast‑growing environment.

• Recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Structured, competency‑based interview techniques.
