Senior Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Americana Restaurants, a leading operator of international restaurant brands across the MENA region, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to shape and execute its marketing strategy. The role will drive brand growth, customer engagement and revenue while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy in line with corporate goals and growth targets.
• Define brand positioning and maintain consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline activations.
• Lead, mentor and build a high‑performance marketing team.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimise resource allocation and ensure strong ROI.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance online presence and performance marketing outcomes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• 12–15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that generate brand growth and revenue.
• Experience in the food & beverage, retail or FMCG sector.
