Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The PwC Operate Application Management Services (AMS) team is looking for a Senior Associate to deliver technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps). You will work with a global client base, ensuring system stability, performance, and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 FinOps, diagnosing and resolving bugs and performance issues.
• Maintain and monitor D365 FinOps environments to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
• Use Life Cycle Services (LCS) tools for system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Integrate and support Azure Logic Apps with D365FO processes when required.
• Employ debugging utilities such as Trace Parser and KSQL to identify and fix technical problems.
• Act as the primary technical contact for internal stakeholders, delivering regular updates on incidents and resolutions.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 FinOps in a support or development capacity.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
