Senior Mobile Engineer

About the role

almentor is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the development of its mobile applications. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn concepts into high‑quality, performant apps that serve Arabic‑speaking learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full life‑cycle of mobile app development using Flutter, from architecture to deployment.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and other technical leads to plan sprints and deliver features on time.
• Build pixel‑perfect, smooth UIs for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Write and maintain automated tests and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise app performance.
• Monitor user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Proven track record of shipping apps with 100K+ downloads.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred (not mandatory).
