About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Consultant to lead implementations and enhancements of Oracle HCM modules within Oracle EBS environments.
Key responsibilities
- Gather requirements and design functional blueprints aligned with Oracle best practices.
- Configure Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.
- Lead testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and provide post‑go‑live support.
- Develop training materials and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions.
- Create custom reports, personalizations, user‑hooks, and forms.
- Execute data migrations using SQL, PL/SQL and HCM Data Loader.
- Monitor and tune performance of Oracle HCM applications.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle HCM consulting experience with strong exposure to Oracle EBS.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field; certifications in Oracle HCM EBS preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
