Senior Outsourcing Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Outsourcing Sales Executive with a proven track record in Human Resources Outsourcing, recruitment, payroll and staffing solutions. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with decision‑makers and driving revenue growth for our HR outsourcing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new corporate clients requiring HR outsourcing and related solutions.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, cold outreach and partnerships.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, closing and hand‑over.
• Understand clients’ HR challenges and recommend appropriate outsourcing solutions.
• Navigate complex enterprise procurement processes and build a strong pipeline.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close complex B2B deals.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience.
• Proven experience selling outsourcing or managed services in the Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise market and decision‑making processes.
• Experience with enterprise, banking, insurance and fintech clients.
• Established network and relationships with IT, Procurement, HR and business decision‑makers in KSA.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle.
• Experience selling staff augmentation, recruitment, IT outsourcing or similar solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and accurate pipeline management.
