Senior Pega Platform Engineer – Cairo

About the role

Deloitte Innovation Hub is seeking a Senior Pega Platform Engineer to join its Cairo team. You will lead the design and governance of enterprise solutions built on the Pega Platform, ensuring they are cloud‑native, scalable, and aligned with Constellation architectural principles.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern end‑to‑end architectures for Pega‑based solutions.
• Establish standards for UI and experience decoupling using DX APIs and Constellation APIs.
• Design scalable case management and workflow solutions leveraging native Pega capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership across the Pega stream to ensure platform sustainability.
• Collaborate with other technical streams to maintain alignment and integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex Pega Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of Constellation architecture and cloud‑native principles.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
