Senior Personnel Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead initiatives related to labor relations and employee engagement.
• Act as a point of contact between management and employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union requirements and internal policies.
• Participate in labor negotiations and assist with grievance handling.
• Analyze engagement data and recommend actions to improve workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in labor relations or employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive employee matters confidentially.
