Employee Lifecycle Senior Specialist

About the role

The Employee Lifecycle Senior Specialist (MAF Global Solutions, People & Organisation) acts as a subject matter expert managing complex employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, employee services or offboarding, ensuring accuracy, compliance and an excellent employee experience. The role partners with stakeholders to resolve complex cases, supports payroll and compliance, and drives continuous improvement and the effective use of SuccessFactors and self-service tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, customer-focused HR operational and advisory support in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers, guiding them on lifecycle processes, policies and systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and employee experience.
• Process and validate organizational changes, status changes, cross-boarding, transfers, promotions, separations, documentation and other lifecycle transactions.
• Keep employee data accurate, complete and compliant with company policies and local regulations.
• Take part in system enhancements, testing, automation projects and process standardization.
• Help develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, knowledge articles and service catalogues.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle, HR shared services or HR administration.
• Experience supporting multiple countries and/or operating companies in a shared services environment.
• Experience handling complex employee lifecycle transactions and escalations.
• Experience supporting payroll-related processes and employee data management.

Required skills

• HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Employee lifecycle transaction processing and payroll data management.
