Senior PR & Communications Specialist

About the role

AR‑Corporates Group is looking for a senior PR & Communications specialist to be the public voice of a diversified food business that spans grain trading, animal feed, dairy, and retail. You will manage relationships with suppliers, buyers, government bodies, media and strategic partners, ensuring the group’s reputation and outreach are consistently strong.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a live record of all stakeholder interactions, promises and follow‑ups.
• Organise and attend company events such as partnership signings, factory visits, trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and three marketing managers to align campaigns, events and outreach.
• Write and manage bilingual (Arabic & English) content about projects, expansions and sector activity.
• Build the personal brand of the leadership team through regular posts and press presence.
• Draft press releases, company profiles and announcements; handle media inquiries.
• Secure media coverage, interviews, speaking opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions and networking events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, business development or client relations, preferably in industrial, FMCG or related sectors.
• Proven ability to nurture long‑term relationships with suppliers, customers and key stakeholders.
• Strong event‑management experience, delivering on‑time, on‑budget events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
• Comfortable moving between boardrooms, feed mills, trade‑fair booths and hyper‑market floors.
• Highly organised, able to support multiple marketing managers without losing detail.
