Senior Presales & Product Owner (HR Systems)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Presales & Product Owner who will act as the bridge between our sales teams, product development and clients for HR‑system solutions. The role combines solution‑selling activities such as demos and RFP responses with full product‑ownership responsibilities, including roadmap definition and backlog management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to translate client requirements into tailored HR system solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations, workshops and proof‑of‑concept sessions.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed functional and technical input.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on HR systems during client discussions.
• Define and own product vision, roadmap and strategy for HR solutions.
• Gather, prioritize and manage product backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI and QA to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure product features comply with HR best practices and local labor laws (e.g., Egypt, GCC).
• Monitor HR technology trends and competitor offerings to drive differentiation.
• Work with marketing on positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Train internal sales and support teams on product capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in presales, product ownership or business analysis within HR systems or HCM platforms.
• Proven experience with HR software such as Core HR, Payroll or Talent Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management).
• Experience delivering client‑facing demos and solution presentations.
• Solid background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
