Senior Production Manager

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead its sterile manufacturing operations. This senior position will drive production performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company’s mission to promote health and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all sterile production activities and achieve manufacturing targets.
• Develop and execute production plans that align with demand and capacity.
• Optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, control operational costs, and identify productivity and cost‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least 5 years in sterile production.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial leadership experience.
