Senior Project Management Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Management Engineer will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects from initiation through delivery. Working closely with cross‑functional teams—including project management, planning, procurement, factory production, manufacturing, and field engineers—the role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects to achieve timely delivery.
• Coordinate with factory and manufacturing teams to align production activities with project requirements and timelines.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, milestones, and resource plans in partnership with the planning team.
• Identify schedule deviations, risks, and bottlenecks; implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning, manufacturing, and site teams to secure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain effective communication among project management, manufacturing, industrial operations, and field teams.
• Conduct regular factory visits and site follow‑ups to verify progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, quality, HSE, and company standards.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, progress updates, and KPI summaries for stakeholders.
• Support Project Managers in risk, issue, change, and continuous‑improvement management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, project coordination, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, scheduling techniques, and manufacturing processes.
