Senior Project Manager – Landscape Projects

About the role

EgyCham is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple landscape projects for a client in the landscape industry. The role involves overseeing all project phases from mobilization to hand‑over while ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver several landscape projects simultaneously.
• Develop schedules, resource allocation plans, procurement strategies and execution methodologies.
• Manage project budgets, cost control and contract administration to meet time and quality targets.
• Lead and mentor project teams, site engineers, supervisors and support staff.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs and related documentation.
• Oversee procurement activities and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, executive summaries and performance metrics to senior management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10‑15 years of proven experience in landscape construction and maintenance projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale public realm, park, resort, compound and infrastructure landscaping works.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, softscape, hardscape, planting works and landscape maintenance operations.
• Excellent understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control and contract administration.
