Senior Project Manager – Lead Strategic Initiatives

About the role

iCareer, a BasharSoft company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic projects from concept to delivery. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close assigned projects, managing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Define detailed project plans that reflect organizational objectives.
• Control project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Track progress with appropriate tools and provide transparent status updates.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders or clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven project management experience delivering end‑to‑end projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams across media, operations, training, and marketing.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration.
• Background in startup or SME environments with comfort in fast‑changing settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and critical‑thinking abilities.
