Senior Python AI Engineer – AWS Bedrock & Multi‑Agent Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Python AI Engineer to design, build, and test intelligent multi‑agent applications on AWS Bedrock. The role involves creating AI agents with modern frameworks, enabling collaboration and delegation, and delivering production‑grade solutions for a global enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agent applications using Python and frameworks such as LangGraph, Strands, or CrewAI.
• Build multi‑agent workflows that support collaboration, delegation, and Agent‑to‑Agent communication via JSON‑RPC 2.0 and Server‑Sent Events.
• Integrate agents with AWS Bedrock foundation models and related AWS AI services.
• Implement automated testing and evaluation using pytest, LangSmith, and custom validation tools.
• Create reusable components, templates, and pattern libraries to accelerate AI development.
• Produce technical documentation, implementation guides, and best‑practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and product teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and observability of AI solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional Python development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with a modern agent framework (e.g., LangGraph, Strands, CrewAI).
• Experience integrating AI services on AWS, particularly AWS Bedrock.
