Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

Adree is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Quality Engineer to design and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies for its digital and enterprise software solutions. You will ensure that .NET, OutSystems, Creatio and front‑end applications meet the highest standards of performance, security and functional integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain test strategies, plans and cases covering functional, non‑functional, integration, regression and end‑to‑end scenarios.
• Design, build and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Tech Leads to ensure testability of user stories from day one.
• Identify, document and track defects in Jira, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Validate complex business workflows and data integrity across system integrations using backend testing methods.
• Execute performance, stress and load testing to guarantee stability and scalability under heavy traffic.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, conduct peer reviews and promote a strong quality culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record testing enterprise‑level web applications and APIs in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, Appium.
• API testing: Postman, SoapUI, JMeter.
• Database knowledge: SQL Server, Oracle, and ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Performance testing tooling (e.g., JMeter).
