Senior Recruiter - Arabic speaker (Oil & Gas)

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter who is fluent in Arabic to support recruitment for a global Oil & Gas client across the MENAT region. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes in a fast‑paced environment. It is a hybrid position based in Kattameya/Maadi, Cairo, with both on‑site and remote work from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles while meeting SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to define role requirements, sourcing strategies and timelines.
• Lead vacancy intake discussions and coordinate with sourcing and administration teams for a seamless candidate experience.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment funnel performance, identify bottlenecks and ensure accurate data management in ATS/CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in high‑volume, RPO or agency settings.
• Demonstrated recruitment experience across the MENAT region.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills
