Senior Recruiter – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

Ejadah Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to work remotely on full‑time assignments. You will lead executive search projects, manage client relationships, and build talent pipelines for leading organisations across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple roles and industries.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and provide regular updates.
• Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis.
• Source high‑quality passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, databases, and direct search.
• Build strategic talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct structured interviews, competency‑based assessments, and prepare candidate reports and executive shortlists.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience and maintain accurate ATS records.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment or executive search experience, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Strong background recruiting for technology roles (software engineering, AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, product, digital).
• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, fraud, identity verification, or risk management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and partner with hiring managers.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
