Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

The Senior Sales Consultant will lead the end‑to‑end sales process for residential and commercial projects across key Egyptian markets. Based in Cairo, you will work closely with developers and internal teams to deliver tailored real‑estate solutions and ensure a seamless client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and assessing client needs to presenting solutions and closing transactions.
• Provide expert consulting, prepare professional proposals and presentations, and stay current on market trends and developer offerings.
• Conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure transparent client experiences.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, achieve or exceed sales targets, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven sales consulting experience guiding clients through complex real‑estate decisions.
• Strong customer‑service focus with a track record of building long‑term relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus effective presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated success in real‑estate sales, preferably both residential and commercial.
• Ability to analyse market data and provide informed recommendations.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment handling multiple opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong interpersonal skills.
