Senior Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

You are placed directly with a client as an in-house team member, with long-term career growth and stability. The role is for a Senior Sales Development Representative with proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation and pipeline building, working in a fast-paced environment and booking qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
• Identify and qualify high-quality leads in target markets
• Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate pipeline data
• Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers
• Work with marketing and sales teams to optimise messaging and campaigns
• Meet and exceed KPIs on meetings booked, pipeline generated and conversion rates
• Share market feedback and insights to refine sales strategy

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or outbound sales role
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Strong experience with cold outreach and lead generation
• Experience with international clients (US/UK markets preferred)
• Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working remotely
• Experience in SaaS, tech or digital services is highly preferred

Required skills

• CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
