Senior Sales Engineer – VRF HVAC Solutions

About the role

El-Araby Group is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer specialized in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems to drive new business opportunities across Egypt. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to design, propose and close HVAC projects that meet customer requirements and company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new projects and customers, including contractors, distributors, consultants and owners.
• Conduct site visits, assess technical needs and perform heat‑load calculations.
• Design and select appropriate VRF solutions using specialized design and selection software.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, quantity take‑offs and cost calculations.
• Analyze competitor offers, negotiate prices and terms, and follow proposals through to contract award.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales pipeline status and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Review shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably with VRF systems.
• Strong technical background to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proven ability to develop competitive proposals and close sales.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers, consultants and internal teams.
