Senior Sales Executive - Industry Services

About the role

Bureau Veritas, a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC), is looking for a Senior Sales Executive in Cairo to drive business growth and expand its Industry services across Egypt. The role focuses on developing new business, managing key client relationships, increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Industrial Projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and build relationships with decision-makers, consultants, contractors, EPC companies and end-users.
• Promote services such as inspection, testing, certification, NDT, asset integrity management, technical advisory and project quality assurance services.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis, generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, manage tender submissions and prequalification, and follow up bids until award.
• Manage key accounts, support collection and follow up on payments.
• Take part in exhibitions and events, monitor industry trends and provide market intelligence to management.
• Work with Operations, Technical, Finance and Tendering teams, keep CRM and sales records accurate and prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or related field).
• MBA or postgraduate diploma in Marketing/Sales is an advantage.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or technical sales.
• Experience in TIC, engineering or industrial services, Oil & Gas, manufacturing or power is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
