Senior SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist to lead organic growth across websites, SaaS products, and service‑based businesses. The role blends traditional SEO with emerging AI search optimization (AEO & GEO) to improve visibility on search engines and AI‑powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and design content clusters to build topical authority.
• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits, improve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
• Implement structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, and redirects.
• Create and optimize content for both traditional search and AI‑driven answer engines, targeting featured snippets and AI overviews.
• Analyze competitors, identify keyword and content gaps, and devise internal linking and backlink acquisition plans.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and technical performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio, and produce data‑driven reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in technical SEO and organic search.
• Proven ability to design and implement strategies that deliver measurable organic growth.
• Strong understanding of AI search optimization concepts (AEO & GEO) and E‑E‑A‑T principles.
• Experience working with modern web technologies and content management systems.
