Senior SEO Content Writer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Content Writer to produce high‑quality, search‑optimised articles for FansPass, a ticketing marketplace covering sports and entertainment across the MENA region. The role is fully remote and requires a strong interest in football, concerts and live events.

Key responsibilities

• Write a high volume of SEO‑optimised content for the website, blog and event pages.
• Conduct independent keyword research and translate insights into engaging articles.
• Cover major sports and entertainment events, trends and announcements.
• Apply on‑page SEO best practices, including titles, headings, metadata and internal linking.
• Fact‑check, source information and maintain accuracy in all publications.
• Monitor content performance and update existing pieces based on search data.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional writing experience in a fast‑paced digital newsroom, sports media or entertainment publication.
• Proven ability to produce large volumes of articles under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of search intent and on‑page SEO principles.
• Passion for football, sports, concerts and live events.
