Senior Service Engineer – Industrial Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead the maintenance and support of industrial equipment for our customers in 6th of October City. The role involves on‑site service, troubleshooting, and ensuring high reliability of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a range of industrial machines.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Install, commission, and service equipment at customer locations.
• Prepare detailed technical service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers and coordinate with internal teams to meet service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Service or Maintenance Engineer in an industrial environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
