Senior Software Project Manager – Remote

About the role

The Senior Software Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑grade software solutions, focusing on no‑code and workflow automation platforms. Working fully remote, you will translate complex business requirements into high‑quality digital products while ensuring timeline predictability and resource efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from inception through deployment and stabilization, applying Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Manage no‑code implementations using Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow or similar tools to accelerate delivery.
• Define scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and proper resource alignment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track project health with JIRA, and monitor velocity, burn‑down charts and critical path dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and coordinate resource allocation across multiple parallel projects.
• Drive quality assurance, coordinate testing phases, and ensure release readiness for enterprise deployments.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of technical software project management experience in IT or software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional technical teams using Agile methodologies.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and async collaboration.
• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
