Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions, ranging from high‑volume roles to senior leadership appointments. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience while driving the company’s hiring strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full cycle recruitment pipeline across multiple departments, from intake to onboarding.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using headhunting, professional networks, and social media.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define talent needs, selection criteria, and market insights.
• Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer negotiations.
• Conduct initial screenings and competency‑based interviews to assess cultural fit and technical ability.
• Represent the employer brand at job fairs, university events, and industry networking sessions.
• Negotiate offers, communicate terms, and oversee orientation and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness) and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with OD and hiring managers to update job descriptions and monitor new hire performance during probation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting recruitment metrics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using modern sourcing tools.
