Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technology positions. Working closely with hiring managers, you will define technical requirements, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and review job descriptions.
• Develop and execute an annual manpower plan in collaboration with management.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: requisition, vacancy announcement, CV screening, interviewing, and shortlisting for technical assessment.
• Assist in creating and updating job specifications and descriptions.
• Identify and implement effective sourcing methods and recruitment channels.
• Draft and place recruitment advertisements in digital and print media.
• Select and coordinate with placement agencies as needed.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the process and advise hiring managers on salary negotiations.
• Represent the company at job fairs and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of technology roles and recruiting best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
