Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Kasrawy Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across its automotive and real‑estate divisions. You will partner with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and support the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for technical and non‑technical positions, including manufacturing, operations and corporate roles.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Oversee recruitment channels, employer branding initiatives and hiring KPIs.
• Support onboarding processes and drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
