Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment Lead

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for a wide range of positions, from junior staff to senior managers, ensuring timely hiring to meet project deadlines. You will act as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates, building a strong talent pipeline for New Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing activities, develop selection tools, and create job advertisements both internally and externally.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting, screening, competency‑based interviewing, and offer negotiations for blue‑ and white‑collar roles.
• Maintain time‑to‑hire metrics and produce monthly talent acquisition reports.
• Update the manpower plan with division heads and coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Build and nurture a long‑term network of candidates and represent the company at internal and external events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in mass‑hiring environments.
• Proven experience conducting competency‑based interviews.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
