About the role

Overjet, the world‑leader in dental AI, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruiting for engineering and product teams across the US and overseas. You will partner with technical leaders to build high‑performing teams that drive the future of oral health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering and product roles at all levels, from individual contributors to leadership.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies targeting top technical talent globally.
• Act as a strategic consultative partner to hiring managers, defining role scope, calibrating technical standards, and guiding structured interview processes.
• Assess technical candidates with depth, facilitating informed hiring decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, regardless of outcome.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university in your home country.
• Proven experience recruiting engineering and product roles in both US and overseas markets.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Demonstrated success running full‑cycle recruiting for multiple seniority levels simultaneously.
• Strong grasp of technical hiring signals and the confidence to push back when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High ownership, low ego, and a willingness to handle any recruiting task.
• Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
• Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance sourcing and candidate evaluation.
• Experience using an ATS (Ashby) and managing high‑volume pipelines; Juicebox experience is a plus.
