Senior Test Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test suites for high‑powered charging systems. You will work closely with developers, QA colleagues, and cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on specifications, user requirements, and standards.
• Execute functional, reliability, and performance tests; document and track defects.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts where possible to improve efficiency.
• Perform regression testing to confirm resolved issues do not reappear.
• Collaborate with the QA team to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare thorough test reports summarizing results, defects, and recommendations.
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in systems testing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering full‑lifecycle software projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
