About the role

We are expanding our SEO operations and need an experienced SEO Growth Lead to shape and execute organic growth strategies across multiple projects. The role blends high‑level strategy with hands‑on implementation in a fast‑paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee SEO strategies for several projects.
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO‑driven content plans.
• Optimize website structure, internal linking, crawling, and indexing.
• Identify technical SEO issues and work with developers to resolve them.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and SEO KPIs.
• Design and execute link‑building campaigns.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Track competitors, industry trends, and algorithm updates.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve overall site visibility.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with measurable growth results.
• Proven experience managing SEO projects in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
