Service Coordinator

About the role

The Service Coordinator will act as the main link between customers, service teams and authorized service partners, ensuring smooth execution of on‑site service work. Based in Cairo, you will schedule operations, handle enquiries and contribute to high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service operations using the Service Management System.
• Liaise with customers, service staff and contractors, addressing health and safety aspects of on‑site work.
• Organise travel and site visits for service teams.
• Process customer requests (calls, orders) and prepare simple quotations.
• Monitor service delivery metrics and assist in policy and project execution.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and drive resolutions.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for the Head of Service & Solutions.
• Support administrative tasks related to the service workshop and report safety, health and environment matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a service‑oriented environment; 5‑10 years preferred.
• Proven ability to follow and lead defined processes within a service setting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
