Service Manager – Food & Beverage (5‑Star Resort)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operations at our 5‑star resort in Quseir, Marsa Alam. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold the highest service standards, and drive the performance of multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all restaurant and outlet services, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead, coach and develop the service team, including waiters, captains and hosts.
• Maintain 5‑star hospitality standards in service delivery, hygiene and quality.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor sales performance, implement initiatives to boost revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Manager or similar role in a hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Proficiency in service management and guest relations.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety and quality standards in hospitality.
