Site Coordinator

About the role

Egybell is seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to oversee daily activities on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. The role serves as the primary communication hub between site personnel, contractors, consultants, and management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day site activities and monitor project progress.
• Act as the main point of contact for site personnel, contractors, consultants, and management.
• Track project schedules, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Organise site meetings and prepare minutes of meetings (MOM).
• Maintain project documentation, reports, permits, and records.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and resources required for site operations.
• Monitor site activities, reporting delays, risks, or issues to project management.
• Assist in resolving operational and administrative challenges on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in site coordination, project coordination, or construction support roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Problem‑solving and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
