Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead to accelerate clinical trial recruitment and ensure high‑quality site performance. You will act as a strategic partner to research sites, providing training, support, and relationship management to drive successful study outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement site‑specific action plans to boost recruitment and procedural training.
• Educate healthcare professionals and staff on study protocols and trial requirements.
• Collaborate with referral networks to identify and qualify potential participants.
• Maintain and analyze site records to tailor pre‑screening, screening, and enrollment strategies.
• Prepare internal reports and coordinate group events to enhance program delivery.
• Address objections and provide solutions to site challenges.
• Stay current on therapeutic area knowledge and technical developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Clinical research experience at the site level; nursing or other healthcare background preferred.
• CRA experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including international trips if needed.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple functions.
• Customer‑service orientation, empathy, and cultural awareness.
