Social Media & Brand Content Specialist

About the role

This position drives the creative, community and brand‑building activities for multiple health‑tech brands. The specialist will act as the bridge between creative teams in the US and Cairo, overseeing the social calendar, organic content, local activations and cross‑channel brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media plans for HOH, GoBill and WellCart across all platforms.
• Coordinate content creators, copywriters and designers, syncing regularly with US and Cairo offices.
• Generate ideas and manage production of short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Conduct quarterly competitor analysis and market research on local trends and pricing.
• Draft, design and schedule promotional email and SMS campaigns.
• Organise on‑ground marketing initiatives such as in‑clinic booths, brochures and local events.
• Set up a cross‑border content‑approval workflow using project‑management tools.
• Develop a brand tone‑of‑voice guide and engage with audiences through comments, DMs and reviews.
• Identify and collaborate with micro‑influencers and local partners for content takeovers.
• Create UGC campaigns to encourage patient and employee generated content.
• Maintain a centralized digital asset library for both regional offices.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in social media management, content coordination or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to work across multicultural teams, especially US and Egypt.
• Excellent written English and Arabic copywriting skills.

• Google Drive or Dropbox for digital asset organization.
