Social Media & Community Specialist (On-site)

About the role

Best Media, a long‑standing acrylic products manufacturer, is looking for an on‑site Social Media & Community Specialist to drive its Facebook presence and community engagement. You will create compelling content, interact with followers, and help convert social activity into direct sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s Facebook pages and newly created Facebook Group.
• Plan, create, and publish posts, reels, and short videos aligned with Egyptian events and seasonal moments.
• Promote new products, offers, bundles, and campaigns to generate sales.
• Respond promptly to comments and direct messages during business hours.
• Collaborate on content ideas, produce product clips, unboxings, and customer testimonials.
• Track weekly KPIs – reach, engagement, follower growth, and sales attributed to social media.

Required profile

• Based in or near 6th of October City and able to work on‑site daily.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on social media management experience, preferably for e‑commerce or consumer products.
• Proven record of organic follower growth and engagement.
• Strong written communication in Arabic and English.
• Customer‑service mindset with fast response capability.
