About the role

We are a fast‑growing hospitality and property‑management company looking for a creative Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to showcase our premium short‑term rentals. You will be responsible for producing engaging short‑form video content and managing our social channels to attract both local and international travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and publish high‑quality Reels, TikToks and Shorts that highlight our properties, interior design and local experiences.
• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, writing copy tailored to diverse traveler segments.
• Set up, monitor and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok with a focus on cost‑efficient lead generation and direct bookings.
• Develop targeting strategies for expats, Gulf tourists and other international audiences visiting Egypt.
• Provide monthly performance reports on engagement, reach and ad ROI to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social‑media management and short‑form video content creation.
• Experience in hospitality, real‑estate or tourism is a strong plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and Arabic for local targeting.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful short‑form video campaigns.

Required skills

• Video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
• Mobile photography and strong visual aesthetic sense.
• Paid‑media management on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms.
