Social Media & Content Head

About the role

The Social Media & Content Head will shape and execute the social media strategy for Ordinary Products, a premium fashion brand. You will lead content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement across key platforms, ensuring the brand’s voice and visual identity are consistently represented.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the brand’s social media strategy and content roadmap across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other channels.
• Plan and produce content for collections, drops, campaigns, and seasonal promotions, including reels, stories, posts, captions, scripts, and lookbooks.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and production teams to deliver timely, high‑quality assets for launches.
• Manage the content calendar, approvals, and publishing schedule to meet deadlines.
• Drive growth initiatives such as community management, audience engagement, hashtag/SEO strategy, and creator outreach.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, CTR, follower growth) and optimize content based on data.
• Oversee budgets and coordinate vendors/contractors, including photographers, editors, influencers, and paid boosts.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading social media and content for a brand, preferably in fashion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end content strategy and execution.
• Excellent writing ability and a keen sense of brand storytelling.
• Ability to lead a team and manage external creators or contractors.
• Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple collection timelines.
