About the role
We are seeking a creative Social Media & Content Manager to lead the ideation, planning, production, and publishing of engaging content. The role will drive audience interaction and support lead generation across our digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategy and editorial calendars.
- Create and produce multimedia content, overseeing shoots from concept to delivery.
- Publish and manage content across social platforms and owned media.
- Engage with the community, moderate discussions, and foster brand loyalty.
- Track performance metrics and produce regular reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media or content management.
- Strong ability to generate content ideas and design campaigns.
- Proven experience leading and managing content shoots.
- Excellent copywriting skills in both Arabic and English.
- Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
- Experience in the real‑estate sector is a strong plus.
